Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your 7oh account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the original, unworn garments with all tags still attached into the original packaging or a secure mailing bag to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return label to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
